Today I start this post by showing you some stats but also the wonderful pages that some really nice ladies maid with my freebie kit. Thank you so much girls for trying my kit and allowing me to show them here in my virtual home.nico

Aujourd’hui je commence ce post par vous montrer quelques stats mais aussi les superbes pages que de très gentilles filles ont faites avec mon kit freebie et ont bien voulu que je présente ici dans ma maison virtuelle.

These couple of weeks were incredible, though I felt really artistically tired after creating this kit… because it’s the first I think or maybe my pea brain didn’t bare the “boiling under the cap”. I don’t know but never mind. Every day after I started promoting my kit on freebies search engines, I could see my blog stats go to the roof… my roof is really low so don’t try to compare with yours, OK ?! This is still a baby blog and having 3 digits number of visitors is the hell of a big deal for me. First time actually !! I’d like to add, thank you in advance for not putting some comments with astronomical numbers of visitors that come to YOUR blog : I WILL, with any hesitation, ERASE them with anger !!! LOL LOL OK, enough kidding. I’ m really proud of me for once so I’m all messed up inside. Ha ha halaugh1

Thank you again to the nice comments and encouragements you left here and as soon as inspiration knock at my door I will invite her in and try to do it again. Don’t know when though, so cross fingers for it happens sooner then later.

Ces 2 dernières semaines ont été incroyables, bien que je me sois sentie épuisée artistiquement après avoir créé ce kit… Parce que c’était le premier je pense ou peut-être parce que ma cervelle de moineau n’a pas résisté à “l’ébullition sous le chapeau” . Je sais pas, mais bon c’est pas grave. Chaque jour après avoir fait la pub sur les moteurs de recherche de freebies, je pouvais voir les stats de mon blog atteindre des sommets… Mon sommet à moi est très bas alors commencez pas à comparer avec le vôtre, OK ? C’est encore un bébé blog et avoir un nombre à 3 chiffres est un sacré truc pour moi. C’est la première fois en fait ! Je voudrais préciser que je vous remercie d’avance de ne pas mettre dans vos commentaires le nombre astrologique de visiteurs sur VOTRE blog : je les effacerai sans aucune hésitation et avec colère !!! MDR OK, j’arrête de plaisanter. Je suis vraiment fière de moi pour une fois alors j’en suis toute retournée. Ha ha ha.laugh1

Merci encore pour les gentils commentaires et encouragements que vous avez laissés ici et dès que l’inspirtation frappera à nouveau à ma porte je la laisserai entrer et referai un essai. Je sais pas quand ce sera mais croisez les doigts pour que ça arrive plus tôt au lieu de plus tard.

Publiscrap : Clean & Simple forum

Whoo hoo !! I joined the Clean & Simple forum Publiscrap this week. After 2 weeks of scrap break I went back to visit the visitors challenge’s page and saw that there were only a few places left in the forum so I rushed over there and joined the fun !!! It’s been a fantastic week. So many challenges and inspiration, and nice girls of course !!! Thank you guys for letting me join your nice virtual scrap home. I’m already enjoying my few days over there. So today here are the “few” pages I made. I HAD to scrap for all those challenges !! Mu ha ha ha !! It was too tempting. By the way, on the Publiscrap blog you can find the links to the FREEBIE mega kit for October that some of the girls nicely maid for everyone to use. Go check it out and don’t forget to leave some love. Some of them had their first try so I’m sure they will especially appreciate your comments. I really know what I’m talking about for once 😉 I will try to participate to the next one. It is so much motivating to know your creating with a group and not only by yourself. Hope you’ll like it. Youpiiii ! J’ai rejoint le forum Clean & Simple Publiscrap cette semaine. Après 2 semaines de vacances “scrapiques” je suis retournée voir ce qui se tramait dans la section challenge des visiteurs et quand j’ai vu qu’il n’y avait plus beaucoup de places avant la fermeture des portes je me suis précipitée aux portes du forum pour m’inscrire. Depuis ça a été une super semaine !! Tellement de challenges sympas et de sources d’inspiration, et de gentilles scopines aussi bien sûr. Donc voici aujourd’hui “quelques” pages que j’ai faites. Il FALLAIT que je scrap pour tous ces challenges. Mu ha ha ha!! C’était trop tentant. Au fait, sur le blog de Publiscrap vous trouverez les liens pour un méga kit FREEBIE que des filles du forum ont créé en commun. Allez voir et n’oubliez pas de laisser un petit commentaire. Certaines des filles proposent un mini kit pour la première fois et je suis sûre que ça leur fera partiulièrement plaisir. Pour une fois, je sais vraiment de quoi je parle 😉 Le preview est en bas de page.

Cat and “fire flowers”

Today I have 2 scraplifts made for the 4th Publiscrap forum visitors’ challenge. The fireworks are pictures I took last year, here at the summer festival in our town. I was mostly very lucky because I just chose the fireworks automatic settings on my digital camera and put my camera on a tripod and pushed the button as many times as I could. On 90+ pictures I got about 20 good ones, after a little bit of cropping sometimes. Good timing was just a question of luck. I don’t know enough about camera settings to have it all manual. I’m pretty happy with my page but what do you think ?

Aujourd’hui j’ai 2 pages à vous montrer. Elles ont été faites dans le cadre du 4ème challenge pour visiteurs du forum Publiscrap. Le feu d’artifice est une photo que j’ai prise lors du festival de notre ville. J’ai été très chanceuse en faite car j’ai juste choisi la fonction automatique “feu d’artifice” de mon numérique, posé mon appareil sur un trépied et appuyé sur le déclendeur autant de fois que possible. Sur un peu plus de 90 photos j’en ai eu à peu près 20 de bonnes, après quelques découpes par ci par là. C’était juste une question de chance pour le timing je pense. Je ne connais pas assez sur la photo pour prendre toutes ces photos en mode manuel. Je suis assez satisfaite de ma page, et vous ?

Here is the second page and the translation of the French text. It’s my dear Candie who unfortunately left us for a better place after over 16 years with us (in France) but I have cute pictures to remember her 😀

Voilà la seconde page. C’est ma chère Candie qui malheureusement nous a quittés pour de meilleurs cieux comme on dit, après plus de 16 ans passés avec nous (en France) mais j’ai de jolies photos pour me souvenir d’elle 😀
