Journal: The port of Ishinomaki found alittle of its vitality since the 2011 tsunami that left it totally destroyed.
A visit to the port is a promise of freshness not equaled elsewhere.
The show of the seagulls looking out for the fallen fishes and “attacking” the merchandise trucks is pretty impressive.
